As usual, it will be held at the
Lakeland Community College Tennis courts. We hope to see everyone there!
As a reminder, there are Sports Performance training sessions being held multiple times per week at the Riverside Athletic Center (formerly John R William Gymnasium) all summer long. Many of our girls' tennis players have participated in some of the sessions...and have said it is a great workout!
Typically, we have been attending the Tuesday and Friday (all girls) sessions from 10:00am to 11:00am. But, there are also "all sports" sessions Monday through Friday from 11:00am to Noon that any Riverside student-athlete (in-coming Freshmen or older) can attend.

Want to start the season strong? Please join us every Tuesday and Friday at 10:00 am in the Riverside Athletic Center at the Riverside Campus (old JRW gym) for conditioning and strengthening. This is NOT mandatory to be on the team but it is a great way to start to get in shape and to prevent injuries when playing sports. We hope to see you there!
If you can't make it during those times, there are also sessions on Mondays through Fridays from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm.
