RHS recognized at Walter Horn Awards
Congratulations to Samuel Majoros, sophomore at RHS, for being recognized at the Walter Horn Awards Ceremony on April 26 at the Auburn Career Center. The ceremony was hosted by State Support Team Region 4, which supports districts in Lake and Geauga Counties in closing achievement gaps for students with disabilities.

Samuel will also be representing the entire region of students in Columbus at a later date. It is the first time a Riverside student has been selected to represent the group in Columbus!

Samuel has earned a 3.84 GPA this school year and is a very conscientious student both in and out of the classroom. Sam has made major strides in increasing his independence over the past few schools years. He pushes himself to do his best on all tasks in the classroom when needed. Sam became an office aide for a semester this school year and did an outstanding job. He is always ready to help out and interacted positively with staff members and other students. He prides himself on being smart and organized.

Also recognized last night were RHS Special Unit teachers Emily Abbott and Elizabeth Sebbio for outstanding educators.
