On Thursday, October 26, Riverside High School will host its annual College Credit Plus (CCP) informational meeting at 7 p.m. in the David W. Shaner Auditorium.
College Credit Plus allows students to take college level courses and receive both high school and college credit. Currently, Riverside High School offers six college courses, taught by Riverside High School faculty on our campus.
In addition, many students opt to take CCP courses at one of the local college/universities in our area.
Representatives from both Lakeland Community College and Lake Erie College will be on hand to discuss the application procedures, including important deadlines, for CCP admissions to their respective campuses for the 2018-2019 school year.
This meeting will be held the same evening as Parent/Teacher Conferences, so it will be a great opportunity to visit with your children's teachers and learn about the CCP program.
