Human Resources

The Riverside Human Resources Department is dedicated to supporting nearly 600 staff members, prospective employees, volunteers, and student teachers throughout every stage of the engagement within the District.

What We Do:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Sourcing high quality staff through active recruitment, job fairs, onboarding, coordination to student teaching placements, substitute and volunteer management, and employee retention and recognition.

  • Employee Lifecycle & Operations: Overseeing performance management, employee labor relations, annual contract and salary notices, personnel files, and compliant employee records retention.

  • Permits & Professional Licensure: Assisting staff with professional licensure, permits, state system enrollments, and required employee training and professional development.

  • Benefits & Support Services: Facilitating leaves of absence, medical accommodations, workers' compensation, and unemployment claims. As well as working closely with the Treasurer's Office for Payroll and Benefits administration.

Whether you are seeking future employment, preparing to student teach, or currently serving our school community, the HR team is here to support your professional journey.
